Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: 30 August 2026

10 Secrets of Execution is committed to making 10secretsofexecution.com accessible to people of all abilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification or speech input.

Measures we take

This site is authored in semantic HTML with landmark regions, a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus indicators, text alternatives for meaningful images, labelled form fields, and colour choices tested against WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast thresholds.

Automated accessibility testing is run before each release and again on a quarterly schedule.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for making web content more accessible. This site aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Current status: partially conformant. Automated testing of all 4 pages of this site against WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA rules found no violations on 30 August 2026 (axe-core 4.10.2, 1440×900 viewport). Automated testing covers only part of the WCAG success criteria, so a clean automated result is not the same as full conformance. We describe our testing honestly rather than claiming more than we have verified.

Known limitations

Screen-reader listening tests. We have not completed an assessment with NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver. Reading order, announcement of form errors and the usefulness (as opposed to the presence) of image descriptions are therefore not independently verified.

We are not currently aware of any other barriers on this site. If you find one, we want to hear about it.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

This site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile, and with the assistive technology built into those platforms. It may not work well in browsers more than two major versions old.

Technical specifications

Accessibility of this site relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA. Pages are static and remain readable if JavaScript fails to load.

Assessment approach

The site was evaluated by LeadWorks using automated testing with axe-core 4.10.2, covering the wcag2a, wcag2aa, wcag21a and wcag21aa rule sets, together with scripted keyboard-traversal, focus-visibility, 200% text zoom and 320 pixel reflow checks. Manual screen-reader evaluation has not been performed.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We re-test this site quarterly, before any design or template change, and whenever a new third-party component is added. This statement is reviewed at least annually and is re-dated only after a scan comes back clean.
